EN 61000‒6‒2:2005 Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) — Part 6 – 2: Generic standards –Immunity for industrial environments
Scope
International standard EN 61000‒6‒2:2005 is applicable for electrical equipment, that is used or intended to be used in industrial environment supplied by high or medium voltage transformer, or for equipment that is intended to operate near to industrial environment. If product do not have any specific product standard or product family standard EN 61000‒6‒2:2005 can be applied. Standard applies to battery powered equipment, also, if equipment is intended to be used in industrial environment or close proximity.
Classification
International standard EN 61000‒6‒2:2005 have no classification of equipment it covers.

Power supplies, chargers, ventilators, heaters, water pumping systems, conveyors, mining equipment– analyzers, drills.

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) immunity.
Radio frequency electromagnetic field immunity.
Power frequency magnetic field immunity.
Voltage dip and short interruption immunity at power ports.
Electrical fast transients– burst immunity.
Surge immunity.
Conducted radio frequency immunity.
