Through our partners, notified bodies in European Union, RF EMC DEVELOPMENT provides certification services for manufacturers, retailers, distributors and suppliers to enter EU market. We provide all services to certificate your products in short time span– EMC testing, LVD testing, development for such products as: lighting equipment, automotive, consumer electronics, industrial electronic and machinery, medical equipment, telecommunications and woodworking equipment etc.
To legally enter European Union market, electrical and electronic devices must be CE marked. We offer to certification to reach EU market under the following directives:
2014/35/EC (LVD) Low Voltage Directive
2014/30/EC (EMC) Electromagnetic compatibility directive
98/37/EC (MD) Machinery directive
CE Mark Certification under LVD/EMC/MD directive involves:
- Risk Estimation & Control
- Preparation of technical file (contains all documents that proves the compliance of the product to the required standards and rules)
- Cross reference with EN Standards;
- User manual review and preparation for safe product operation;
- Testing methods and procedures;
- Declaration of Conformity;
- Essential safety requirements analysis;
- Testing and test reports for EMC/LVD/MD according to applied standards;
- Audit report for LVD/EMC/MD compliance;
Most products can be labeled with the CE mark, based upon a manufacturer’s Declaration of Conformity. This declaration must be based on LVD/EMC/MD test data. Therefore, there is no need for third part (Notified body) document review (Certification). But very often resellers end-users and state authorities strictly requires Certification made by European Union Notified Body, therefore we recommend to issue Certificate for your products, to easily and without ‘head aches’ earn in EU market.
